The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, with dust and cobwebs evident throughout. The furniture was not only old but also in poor condition, making it unsafe to use. basic amenities like hand soap were missing, which is completely unacceptable.

The Richmond Suite was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, offering a luxurious feel with thoughtful touches like complimentary chocolates and high-quality toiletries.

The breakfast schedule was quite rigid, with the latest sitting on Sundays at 9 am for someone hoping for a leisurely start to the day.

I had a delightful stay in a spacious Superior King Room. The breakfast was amazing, and I loved choosing my options on the menu. There were nice little touches, like free drinks upon arrival and lovely chocolates in the room. a cozy and welcoming place!

Parking was limited. however, the views were stunning and the breakfast was excellent.

The beautifully decorated Deluxe Suite offered fantastic value with luxurious touches, including quality toiletries and a well-stocked hospitality tray. A standout was the breakfast, which was expertly cooked and presented, showcasing local ingredients. The warm and welcoming hosts made the experience memorable, though parking was a challenge, and a rigid breakfast schedule may not suit everyone.

Had an awesome time with friends visiting the local sights and indulging in delicious breakfasts. It's a cozy spot close to bars and great walking routes. The complimentary drink upon arrival was a nice touch and made us feel welcomed. I'd recommend trying out the delightful French restaurant nearby.

The only downside was that the TV remote wasn’t available, and we couldn’t find any staff around for help during the evening.

the parking was a bit tricky (but we managed! ). our room was warm with a comfy bed and a lovely view of the castle. complimentary drinks on arrival were a great surprise. superb breakfast with local produce made our stay delightful!

The Castle House has a fantastic position within the town, making it easy to explore the square and nearby bars and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was expertly prepared, with a wide variety of choices that pleased my palate, especially the locally sourced ingredients. I also enjoyed having a captivating mountain view from my room, which enhanced my experience.
